Qualifications:
- Proficient with all technical building skills
- Previous experience working on new construction and remodel projects
- Understand the contractor billing and change order process
- Possess strong computer skills
- Intermediate experience with MS Project, Work and Excel
- Highly organized
- Superior communication skills
- Portray a positive attitude and demonstrate professional customer service skills
- College degree is preferred but not required
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Management of Multiple Home Projects
- Monitor project costs during all phases of construction
- Manage change orders
- Oversee adherence to the detailed project schedule
- Manage onsite subcontractors
- Collaborate with construction team on preconstruction tasks and project schedule
- Develop and maintain business relationships with Owners,
- Architect/Engineers and subcontractors
- Provide a quality project management to our customers that meets or exceeds their performance standards
